For your convenience, Jen's Scrubs purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Monogrammed, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returns or exchanged. You will need your Jen's Scrubs order number and the email address you used to place the order which you can find in your Jen's Scrubs Account and/or your order confirmation email. You can also locate your Jen's Scrubs order # on the paperwork that came with your package under Customer PO#.
